Our Master of Arts in Kinesiology Program provides you with personal attention and guidance, distinguished faculty, an introduction to an expanded Bay Area sports network, and a personalized education aimed to help you reach your career goals.
We accept students for Spring and Fall starts and applications are officially open. Our Spring 2025 deadline is Friday, December 20th, 2024 and our Fall 2025 Priority deadline is Friday, April 18th, 2025.

Sports Coaching: Managing athletes in athletic performance and administrative settings

Each year the MA Kinesiology program offers different opportunities for students to gain hands-on experience through fellowships, teaching and employment opportunities.
Set Your Own Pace
Saint Mary’s offers the opportunity to complete your degree in 14-26 months. We work with students to develop an academic plan that works specifically with their interests and goals, and to establish a specific timeline to graduation.

Scholarships
Scholarships available to graduate students in the Kinesiology Department include the Graduate Kinesiology Leadership Scholarship, the Graduate Kinesiology Director's Engagement Scholarship and various other private scholarships. Graduate student fellowships, employment and federal financial aid are also available.
