- Every four years, Performing Arts offers the East Bay Performing Arts Scholarship, which is a full-ride scholarship (tuition, room, and board) to an East Bay incoming first-year student who plans to major or minor in Dance, Music, or Theatre and is of African descent or identifies as Black. This year, applications are open for this scholarship
